The luci-app-diag-core application serves no apparent purpose and might
be a leftover from the luci-app-voice-core and luci-app-voice-diag
applications that got dropped years ago.

Thanks to a recent commit, the translation files will now
have info about locations where the string is used. That
can help is deciding the correct translation, as all contexts
are more easily found.
