This workaround was discussed at https://twitter.com/Piwai/status/1169274622614704129 after Google had closed the issuetracker with a WONTFIX at https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/139738913. restorecon probes file_contexts to get the context to be applied to the file. /sbin/.magisk does not exist in file_contexts for obvious reasons so restorecon always fails. - The configuration and crypto model is now entirely independent of Android classes other than Nullable and TextUtils. - Model classes are immutable and use builders that enforce the appropriate optional/required attributes. - The Android config proxies (for Parcelable and databinding) are moved to the Android side of the codebase, and are designed to be safe for two-way databinding.
