Strip extraneous text/entries from ssh_config support doc
- Leave ONLY actual departures from OpenSSH, we were getting far too
deep into repeating upstream docs for no gain, and doing it
inconsistently
- Remove the 'becomes a list' entries, they are not actually honored
when parsing (they are irrelevant to it) and turning them into lists
is the obvious, non surprising behavior so it's not that useful
to document it
