The license is derived from sources or from a copyright of the Makefile.
Otherwise, a global Apache-2.0 is used.
Some packages had a copyright GPL-2.0 but sources clearly states for Apache so the copyright was changed.

Daniel F. Dickinson changed email address to <dfdpublic@wildtechgarden.ca>
luci-all-lxl has a maintainer Petar Koretic <petar.koretic@sartura.hr> but there is no corresponding GitHub account.
So Dirk Brenken was added as a second maintainer: he answered on an issue of the app.
When maintainer wasn't set the initial author was used, or most contributor or Jo-Philipp Wich as a default.

use attendedsysupgrade-common package and rpc-sys instead of
rpcd-mod-attendedsysupgrade
luci-app-attendedsysupgrade: editable server url
the server url can now be changed. The solution is kept as simple as
possible to not introduce any lua code.
Small cleanup, but needs a refactoring.
Add acl rights to edit the attendedsysupgrade file
Add cgi-io as a dependencie to upload image to router

Add a simple luci view in system tab to perform a sysupgrade
with no hassle.
Asks an external update server for upgrades, downloads and
flashes the upgrade.
