Rework LuCI build system
* Rename subdirectories to their repective OpenWrt package names * Make each LuCI module its own standalone package * Deploy a shared luci.mk which is used by each module Makefile Signed-off-by: Jo-Philipp Wich <jow@openwrt.org>
