This allows for multi-NIC DHCPv6 in parallel.
Otherwise:

- RapidCommit solicits wait for Reply messages, not Advertise.
- Default recipient should be all relay agents and servers, not just
servers.
- Make New() and NewWithConn() interface same as in nclient4.
