2018-10-24	Convert Unix transport to syserr	Ian Gudger
	Previously this code used the tcpip error space. Since it is no longer part of netstack, it can use the sentry's error space (except for a few cases where there is still some shared code. 	This queue only has a single user, so there is no need for it to use an interface. Merging it into the same package as its sole user allows us to avoid a circular dependency.
