- Remove comment about GenericDirectoryFD not being compatible with
dynamic directories. It is currently being used to implement dynamic
directories.
- Try to handle SEEK_END better than setting the offset to
infinity. SEEK_END is poorly defined for dynamic directories
anyways, so at least try make it work correctly for the static
entries.

Some VFS operations (those which operate on FDs) get their credentials via the
context instead of via an explicit creds param. For these cases, we must pass
the overlay credentials on the context.

This lets us create "synthetic" mountpoint directories in ReadOnly mounts
during VFS setup.
Also add context.WithMountNamespace, as some filesystems (like overlay) require
a MountNamespace on ctx to handle vfs.Filesystem Operations.

Our "Preconditions:" blocks are very useful to determine the input invariants,
but they are bit inconsistent throughout the codebase, which makes them harder
to read (particularly cases with 5+ conditions in a single paragraph).
I've reformatted all of the cases to fit in simple rules:
1. Cases with a single condition are placed on a single line.
2. Cases with multiple conditions are placed in a bulleted list.
This format has been added to the style guide.
I've also mentioned "Postconditions:", though those are much less frequently
used, and all uses already match this style.

Remove goferfs reliance on gofer to check for file
existence before creating a synthetic entry.

Updates #3515
We were checking is the to-be-opened dentry is a dir or not before resolving
symlinks. We should check that after resolving symlinks.
This was preventing us from opening a symlink which pointed to a directory
with O_DIRECTORY.
Also added this check in tmpfs and removed a duplicate check.

Fixes #3516
fsgofers only want the access mode in the OpenFlags passed to Create(). If more
flags are supplied (like O_APPEND in this case), read/write from that fd will
fail with EBADF. See runsc/fsgofer/fsgofer.go:WriteAt()
VFS2 was providing more than just access modes. So filtering the flags using
p9.OpenFlagsModeMask == linux.O_ACCMODE fixes the issue.
Gofer in VFS1 also only extracts the access mode flags while making the create
RPC. See pkg/sentry/fs/gofer/path.go:Create()
Even in VFS2, when we open a handle, we extract out only the access mode flags
+ O_TRUNC.
See third_party/gvisor/pkg/sentry/fsimpl/gofer/handle.go:openHandle()
Added a test for this.

Earlier we were using NLink to decide if /tmp is empty or not. However, NLink
at best tells us about the number of subdirectories (via the ".." entries).
NLink = n + 2 for n subdirectories. But it does not tell us if the directory is
empty. There still might be non-directory files. We could also not rely on
NLink because host overlayfs always returned 1.
VFS1 uses Readdir to decide if the directory is empty. Used a similar approach.
We now use IterDirents to decide if the "/tmp" directory is empty.

The utility has several differences from the VFS1 equivalent:
- There are no weak references, which have a significant overhead
- In order to print useful debug messages with the type of the reference-
counted object, we use a generic Refs object with the owner type as a
template parameter. In vfs1, this was accomplished by storing a type name
and caller stack directly in the ref count (as in vfs1), which increases the
struct size by 6x. (Note that the caller stack was needed because fs types
like Dirent were shared by all fs implementations; in vfs2, each impl has
its own data structures, so this is no longer necessary.)
As an example, the utility is added to tmpfs.inode.

This change allows the sentry to send FUSE_INIT request and process
the reply. It adds the corresponding structs, employs the fuse
device to send and read the message, and stores the results of negotiation
in corresponding places (inside connection struct).
It adds a CallAsync() function to the FUSE connection interface:
- like Call(), but it's for requests that do not expect immediate response (init, release, interrupt etc.)
- will block if the connection hasn't initialized, which is the same for Call()

This PR adds the following:
- [x] Marshall-able structs for fuse headers
- [x] Data structures needed in /dev/fuse to communicate with the daemon server
- [x] Implementation of the device interface
- [x] Go unit tests
This change adds the `/dev/fuse` implementation. `Connection` controls the
communication between the server and the sentry. The FUSE server uses
the `FileDescription` interface to interact with the Sentry. The Sentry
implmenetation of fusefs, uses `Connection` and the Connection interface
to interact with the Server. All communication messages are in the form
of `go_marshal` backed structs defined in the ABI package.
This change also adds some go unit tests that test (pretty basically)
the interfaces and should be used as an example of an end to end FUSE
operation.

- Check write permission on truncate(2). Unlike ftruncate(2),
truncate(2) fails if the user does not have write permissions
on the file.
- For gofers under InteropModeShared, check file type before
making a truncate request. We should fail early and avoid
making an rpc when possible. Furthermore, depending on the
remote host's failure may give us unexpected behavior--if the
host converts the truncate request to an ftruncate syscall on
an open fd, we will get EINVAL instead of EISDIR.

Now it calls pkt.Data.ToView() when writing the packet. This may require
copying when the packet is large, which puts the worse case in an even worse
situation.
This sent out in a separate preparation change as it requires syscall filter
changes. This change will be followed by the change for the adoption of the new
PacketHeader API.
