Deflake semaphore_test.
- Disable saving in tests that wait for EINTR.
- Do not execute async-signal-unsafe code after fork() (see fork(2)'s manpage,
"After a fork in a multithreaded program ...")
- Check for errors returned by semctl(GETZCNT).
